1. We have made every effort to describe and display each item offered for sale as accurately as possible .

3. Payment should be made by means of bank account transfer. Once your order is submitted, you will be notified by email confirming the availability of the item(s) you have selected, the total amount to be paid (including delivery charges) and the bank account details for payment.

4. Fresh cakes, cookies and food items will be delivered by local courier within 3 working days after payment is received. The delivery charge of HK$ 30 will be added to your order.

5. We reserve the right to decline any orders.

6. No refund or exchange is available on sold item once payment is received.

7. Orders are carried out in Hong Kong dollar. For overseas orders, you will be charged in Hong Kong dollar which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange at the time your order is processed.
